of wetsuits as well as body boards, boogie boards and 2 malibu boards which can be used during your stay.

From leaving 'Seagulls' on foot, you can be in the surf in 5 minutes and after exhausting yourselves in the
best surf in Cornwall, jump into the hot, outside shower before a game of table tennis and BBQ.

Five bedrooms arranged
over two floors - therefore would ideally accommodate either one large family or two families together. For party's of
4 people of less, please click on link at bottom of page for available 'under occupancy' discounts. The ground floor has two bedrooms, one kingsize-bed bedroom with direct access to the undercover outside dining
area and one twin-bed bedroom with vanity units. The bedrooms are served by a dedicated bathroom with bath,
shower, wc and basin, and there is a separate WC on the ground floor. The first floor has
a kingsize-bed master bedroom with direct access to the sun-terrace offering panoramic views over the beach and Camel Estuary.
A second bedroom offers twin-beds, with vanity unit and a third bedroom with bunkbeds. In addition the first floor offers
a large, newly fitted, bathroom with shower, basin and wc. All bedrooms offer ample wardrobe
and storage space.
