breathtaking views over the beach and the Camel Estuary,
which leads to the nearby towns of Rock and Padstow. 
 
Only 3 minute walk from the beach, this holiday home offers
comfortable accommodation and amenities -
a real home-from-home for families looking for
somewhere special to stay along the North Cornish coastline.

The North Cornish Coastline offers an enormous amount of activities for holiday makers and Polzeath is ideally located to reach many place of interest both easily and quickly.  In the local area Polzeath is famous for its fabulous surfing beach and amazing coastal paths and National Trust walks.  Also within walking distance is the beautiful Daymer Bay and St Enedoc Church, where Sir John Betjeman's love of Cornwall grew and is fondly known as Betjeman Country.  Further down the coast, all within walking distance, is Rock and over the Estuary the cosmopolitan town of Padstow.  Meander round the many shops, harbour and restaurants or hire a bike and enjoy the wonderful Camel Trail.
